Registered Social Worker
Healing is a shared journey, and feeling supported strengthens our ability to embrace our authentic selves and overcome life’s challenges. My therapeutic style is non-judgemental, based on a foundation of trust, empathy, and respect for one’s unique lived experience. I believe that change and transformation begin in a safe space, where vulnerability is met with compassion. I work collaboratively with every individual to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to help you achieve your goals and reach your fullest potential.
I received my Master’s of Social Work from the University of Windsor and completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sexuality Studies at Western University. I have experience working with individuals, youth, and families across various community settings, supporting folks experiencing issues such as domestic violence, homelessness, mental health challenges, and addiction. My area of focus includes children, youth, and families. Working with children, Iadopt a play-based approach to create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment that fosters self-esteem and skill-building. I aim to empower individuals and families to develop the skills needed to cultivate their strengths and navigate life’s obstacles with resiliency.
