Registered Psychotherapist
I believe that all individuals have the ability within themselves to heal and achieve mental and emotional wellness. However, I acknowledge that sometimes it can be challenging to do this alone. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to explore their challenges and to create a plan that concentrates on specific concerns. My approach to therapy is integrative and flexible, it allows for the use of different therapeutic interventions and techniques to be introduced and utilized both within and outside of therapy. Through an anti-oppressive and empathetic lens, together we can address issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship hardship, self- identity, life transitions, OCD, shame and guilt. Life can be complex and unpredictable but within a non-judgemental and safe environment, we can work together to achieve your goals and foster impactful change.
