More specifically, I can work alongside you to develop unique strategies that align with your strengths, values and interests so that you can achieve change that lasts.

Creating an open environment that is genuinely comfortable is important to my sessions. I hope to always connect with you in an authentic, transparent and relatable style that allows you to feel supported while also being challenged. More importantly, my goal is to help you find ways to gain more control over the life you aspire to have.

I use a multi-lens approach in assisting you toward your progress by applying my extensive educational background in the fields of medical theory (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland), neuroscience (University of Toronto), and counselling psychology (Yorkville University), as well as research (University Health Network). Integrating these areas alongside insights from my personal development through therapy will help support you toward your goals. I also have a specific interest in connecting with individuals and couples experiencing unique cultural concerns that prevent them from living the life they want.
