Vivian believes that counselling and psychotherapy works best by considering different aspects of what makes you, you. Although it sounds cliché, your life story is very important and contributes to the issues that you might be experiencing and wanting relief from. She approaches the therapeutic relationship with respect, trust, confidentiality, compassion, and kindness for her clients. There’s never going to be the perfect time to tackle some of the issues and baggage you’ve been carrying around. Vivian is looking forward to hearing from you whenever you’re ready to start that journey.
