Everyone’s journey is unique, my aim is to provide a space where clients can explore their journey with compassion, curiosity, and support. I take a collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are, recognizing their strengths, and supporting them as they work toward their goals.
I am a Registered Social Worker with several years of experience supporting youth, families, and individuals across hospital, community, and non-profit settings in Canada and Australia. My work has included crisis intervention, case management, and assisting individuals experiencing homelessness, trauma, mental health challenges, and major life transitions. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing is most possible when people feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.
My therapeutic approach is warm, flexible, and grounded in respect. I practice through an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, strengths-based lens, integrating evidence-informed modalities to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. Sessions are tailored to clients’ goals, lived realities, and cultural context, creating a consistent, empowering space where insight grows, coping skills strengthen, and clarity and possibility emerge.
