Nevena Schiefer

I believe that healing happens through connection. When we feel seen, heard, and supported, we are better able to explore our struggles and begin to heal.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative, adapting therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. With a background as a competitive gymnast and coach, I have a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and how emotional well-being is experienced both mentally and physically.

This holistic understanding shapes my work, as I believe healing involves attending to both the mind and body. I am especially passionate about working with children, using my coaching experience to create strong, supportive connections that foster emotional safety, self-confidence, and overall personal growth.
