MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Olivia Allan

Healing begins in connection with others. Therapy offers one of the greatest gifts in life: connection. My approach values humanistic and person-centered therapy, where clients are encouraged to be their most genuine selves.

I am warm and compassionate when working with clients and support them through a trauma-informed perspective so that everyone can feel seen and heard. My approach to therapy is an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy and mindfulness-based therapy.
Each modality can offer value for clients for trauma processing, behaviour change, mood management, and mindfulness skills! In turn, therapy can help clients with anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, relationship issues, conflict  resolution and more. I offer a 15-minute complimentary phone consultation and look forward to connecting with you soon!
