I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), with several years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families across clinical, school, and community settings.
You might be feeling overwhelmed by school or daily responsibilities, finding it difficult to switch off after work, navigating parenting challenges, or adjusting to a new stage of life. When these challenges start affecting your well-being, relationships, or daily routines, therapy can help.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families across clinical, school, and community settings. I offer virtual therapy in English and Italian to teens, adults, and families across Ontario. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, and trauma.
My approach is practical and collaborative. Together, we work to understand what’s contributing to your difficulties and identify what you’d like to change. Sessions may involve exploring patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, processing difficult experiences, understanding and managing emotions, or developing strategies to manage stress and everyday challenges.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can discuss what support you’re looking for and answer your questions about the therapeutic process.
