Clinical Therapist
Kelly is a Registered Clinical Social Worker (MSW) practicing psychotherapy. She received a Master of Social Work through the University of Toronto and has been employed in various community and hospital-based settings since 2013. Kelly works collaboratively with adult clients presenting with a range of concerns, working together to understand the current problem and formulate a comprehensive treatment plan. Kelly believes in a flexible approach to therapy and strives to create an environment that is anti-oppressive and accessible to a broad range of clients. Because therapy is not one-size fits all, Kelly integrates a variety of therapeutic styles and modalities to best address the presenting concern including Dialectical Behavioural, Cognitive Behavioural, Mindfulness-Based, Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused, and Emotion-Focused.
